HOW IT WORKS
UV-C ozone air purification works by having exhaust flow over special UV-C (ozone) lamps after it has been passed through a vortex filter and cooled by secondary air. The lamps’ radiation splits chains of fats and transforms natural oxygen (O2) into active oxygen (O3), which combines with the sources of odor in the exhaust; organic, greasy, and odor-carrying substances are oxidized. The byproducts are completely biodegradable and are expelled along with the exhaust airflow.
