HOW IT WORKS

Ozone produced by UV-C radiation is introduced into a grease separator via compressed air and injected into the waste water by a diffuser. The ozone causes organic substances in the water to be oxidized. Microorganisms and organic compounds causing odors are destroyed. Some amount grease is also oxidized. The resulting sludge rises to the surface and is eliminated along with the remaining grease.
