Disinfection System for Circulating Air in Waste Water Treatment Plants
Disinfecting circulating air to prolong food shelf life – Germ reduction via UV-C lamps (w/o ozone)
A circulating air purification system for air heavily polluted with germs in the food industry, cold storage, and rooms for ripening/aging food
Deactivates up to 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, yeast, and mold spores, which prevents them from reproducing
No radiation outside the device – safe for products, animals, and people
Independent of the building’s ventilation system
Low noise levels
Production areas (e.g., the meat and fish processing industries, food processing)
Cold storage rooms
Sterile rooms and laboratories
Improves the shelf life, appearance, and quality of food products
Increases the standard of hygiene
No germ resistance
No chemicals used, no byproducts
Low energy costs
Easy installation, varied application, retrofitting possible
HOW IT WORKS
An axial fan sucks indoor air containing germs and directs it into the circulating air sterilization device across four high-power lamps. These low-pressure mercury vapor lamps emit UV-C light at a wavelength of precisely 253.7 nm, the spectrum that reliably destroys germs; no ozone is created.
